Our warehousing service is made up by professional administration and experienced workers (All workers must pass the training of proper handling, and handling of safety and dangerous goods). In addition, we are well-appointed – various kinds of fork lift trucks (Manufacturer - Hyster provides 24-hour support), warehouse management system (which is capable of providing goods’ real-time location), HD CCTV, 24-hours patrolling security guards, weighbridges etc., which allows us to provide accurate, efficient and quality services.
For our goods-collection service, we will first check the valid documents (such as shipping order), and will only accept the goods upon confirmation. We will then check the details of the goods (such as number of units, labels etc.), as well as carefully checking each individual whether they are intact and then file them with photos. If there is any problem, we will make detailed record, photographs and contact our clients.
Storage Service
We will transfer cargoes onto pallets, then store it in appropriate locations (All locations are covered with 24-hours functioning CCTVs). We will also input serial numbers, categories and storage location into our computer system, so in-and-out of cargoes can be more efficient.
Delivery Service
We will check the documents (such as the debit) and delivery person’s ID. We will get the goods from the warehouse upon the person’s identity confirmation. We will confirm the details of goods (such as number of unit and labels) at the presence of the delivery person. Then they can sign to accept the goods if there is no problem. Our computing system will immediately update the status.
Our warehouse also provides a series of value-added services, including weighing, re-packaging, partitioning, notarized check etc.
We are currently running different types of warehouses with an overall area of over one million feet. They are all comply the standard TAPA A , and am able to provide safe and reliable storage service to our clients.
Our air cargo terminal service team has an independent office at the site, with over 50 experienced workers on duty 24/7, providing convenient and efficient service. This allows our clients to reduce their cost by cutting expenses on hiring workers at the cargo terminal.
Export – Workers at the terminal provide services such as collecting pallet, delivering
pallet cargo, delivering bulk cargo, checking cargo, re-labelling, handling dangerous items etc. 24 hours a day.
Import – Workers at the terminal provide services such as collecting cargo (pre-packing or bulk cargo), custom clearance, checking cargo, handling dangerous items etc.
Our company has developed freight between Hong Kong and China for over 10 years with extensive experience. We cover places including bonded area, Guangdong Province and other areas. Fly King Transportation Co. Limited established the “Dangerous Goods Professional Training School” in the year 2015, with the approval of the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department as a qualified dangerous good training organization. We have two qualified instructors to provide courses to organisations and individuals who plan to be involved in handling dangerous goods. Certificates will be issued upon completion of the course.
We own a team with over 1,000 employees, including experienced professional managers, front-line workers such as drivers (trucks, 16 tons, 5.5 tons, Vans), fork lift truck drivers, warehouse staff, vehicle loading and unloading staff and office clerks etc. It will definitely help with the long-term/short-term manpower support of other logistics enterprises.
